The positioning platform can be divided into four types: XYθ
positioning platform, UVW positioning platform, XXY positioning
platform, and XXYY positioning platform.
Kaifull XXY high precision fine tunning alignment platforms is
composed of two sets of motion control modules in the X direction,
one set of motion control modules in the Y -axis direction, and a
free axis motion control module. It can generate different rotation
angles θ while moving in any XXY direction, and its accuracy is
very high.
